Resolve ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is a mediation provider that aims to help parties who have a dispute or difference to come to a mediated settlement without the need for escalation to litigation.

Your Mediator:
Nick Mellis

Nick qualified as a mediator while he was studying on the Bar Professional Training Course at the University of the West of England in July 2019. He completed his mediation training with the ADR-ODR Group.

Nick was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Middle Temple Inn of Court on the 28th of November 2019 and is an un-registered non-practicing barrister. While building a mediation practice and training to become an arbitrator, Nick is hoping to secure a pupillage in a commercial law chambers or legal practice.

Prior to studying for a career at the Bar, Nick had a successful career in regulatory and legal change in financial services, consultancy and utilities.
